  The triple treat box is amazing. Pretty good delivery time. Can't wait to try the grilled cheese crust pizza. No complaints.

  We had a concern regarding crust flavor not being what we asked for. As soon as we called the daytime manager of the Chattanooga,TN "East Ridge" location Chris was quick to explain everything to us and ensure we were 100% satisfied and provided us with a proper credit and apologized for our unhappiness. The pizza was great and we did get what we ordered we just didn't realize that the smokey house BBQ they put on the crust would be so spicy and had thought they put the wrong sauce. Everything was taken care of in a professional manner Chris did a great job as manager and should be commended for his excellence thanks to his caring and professionalism we will for sure continue to get our pizza from that location. Keep up the good work guys thanks for taking care of us :)

  While the customer service replaced the order. The overall experience left much to be desired. Food service in east ridge appears to have a problem apposed to the rest of the city. After an hour wait received one pizza which had discarded all of its toppings. The other being rolled over onto itself twice. Yes the food was replaced but only that, no compensation for the additional hour waited. The awkward delivery driver on the first arrival was nothing other than uncomfortable. The pizza was very well made on the second arrival however.
