  Ordered a to go order today and not only did it take 15 minutes longer then the 15 they quoted over the phone, the entire order was messed up. I ordered Stromboli with no onions and mushrooms and there was both in it. Also my wife ordered a chicken pasta that was put in the top of the bag. Before I was even out of the store the sauce was all over the inside of the bag as well as inside the second lower to go container. All in all it was a waste of money and I won't be going back again and will discourage everyone else from going as well.

  So glad Fernando's has upped the dining experience in East Ridge. Buffet selection is good. And ordering from the menu is great. Their pizza is buy one get one free and really worth it! We have eaten the breakfast buffet on the weekends and it has a lot to offer. And Donna and Marie as waitresses really take good care of us. Yummy place.

  No disrespect to our server as I feel she was doing her best. Food off of the menu came out slow and a few items were missing from the buffet. Biscuits seemed o be frozen or canned. Gravy seemed to be made from some sort of "just add water" mix. The flow of the buffet is poorly organized and does not flow well from one end to the other. Would be nice to see them up their game as I feel East Ridge needs it.
