  Long wait in the drive-thru, I believe the double order lines might be screwing some orders up...We had gotten a cheeseburger happy meal and had asked for mayo to be added to the burger, but there was none. Also, the fries were cold and definitely were not fresh. And they had forgotten the yogurt tube in the happy meal.

  Location along with a few other McDonald's in the area only take cash at random points of the day/week. This is the 5th time since I moved here its happened. Given that my age group almost never carries cash, it's really silly. You can justify it all you want but provided you're using chip readers or NFC payments there isn't much in the way of fraud vs cash.
  
  Just seems silly to randomly take cash only at night. Owners are silly to allow this to happen.

  This is my "GoTo" McDonalds. Zack and Sam and Tyler and Charlita and Miss Teresa and Monica and Lynnette are ALL amazing mgrs. And the entire staff that they supervise are absolutely amazing. The general mgr does not rely what amazing and loyal employee she has and she takes them for granted a lot. Without them, that place wouldn't be half as great as it currently is.

  VERY Rude staff food was cold and when asked for it to be remade the kid working in the drive thru had something smart to say and the shift manager working said it was fresh. If the manager here would scheduled enough people to work during their peak times maybe they could get it right the first time, the staff wouldnt be over worked and rude and I don't know make more money, just a thought.
